Black/white photography stands out as a classic and unsurpassed approach to our surrounding realities. In no other modality are composition, texture and vision as critical as in the monochrome image, once the distraction of color is taken away, since the artist needs not only to ” look”, but primarily to ” see” the image in b/w before it is created.

The exhibit of these black and white photographs will be on display at the gallery through May 1st, 2016.
